Pepperdine basketball player Mark Georgeson, who was on trial for one count of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence, was found not guilty by a jury Tuesday in Malibu Municipal Court.
Georgeson, 21, was involved in a head-on collision while driving on a Malibu Canyon road on Feb. 15, 1990. The other driver, Parkie Singh, 52, of Malibu, died a few days later of injuries sustained in the accident.
