First City Board Ousts Abboud: The board of First City Bancorporation of Texas ousted A. Robert Abboud as chairman and replaced him with longtime board member C. Ivan Wilson. The First City board said “a change in senior management would best facilitate the company’s ongoing capital program and operating needs.” Abboud will remain a director of the company.
