Police in Dublin said they had found an arms cache from an IRA weapons consignment sent by Libyan leader Moammar Kadafi more than four years ago. A Libyan munitions supply line to the guerrilla Irish Republican Army, fighting to oust Britain from Northern Ireland, was cut in 1987 after a gun-running ship was stopped off northern France.
