AIR MAIL: Santa Ana Schools Supt. Rudy M. Castruita, above, will fly to Sacramento today as lobbyist and mailman. He is lobbying legislators to provide more money for the schools and carrying 500 letters from parents asking the governor for the same thing. . . . A district spokeswoman says Castruita promised parents “that if they couldn’t afford the postage, he would take (the letters) to Sacramento.”
