Passing to Pasadena: The Pasadena Symphony Assn. is getting a new executive director. Wayne Shilkret, who has been general manager of the Hollywood Bowl since 1989, will assume that post July 1. Prior to the Bowl, he was director of performing arts at the Ambassador Foundation in Pasadena.
