BUON GUSTO: “My guests deserve the best. So I serve them . . . “ store-bought pasta? The owner of Santa Ana’s chi-chi Antonello Ristorante is in a new magazine advertisement peddling packaged fettuccine available at “leading grocery and gourmet food shops” and served in the award-winning restaurant’s Fettuccine al Pomodoro con Basilieo Fresco. Says owner Antonio Cagnolo: “Some pasta you do make, some you don’t.” . . . If you want it “more al dente,” you don’t. He adds: “We have one person who does nothing else but make pasta all day long six days a week.”
