FileNet Forecasts Flat Earnings for 2nd Quarter

COSTA MESA — FileNet Corp., a maker of computerized document storage systems, said Monday that it expects flat second-quarter earnings of about $2.2 million.
FileNet said its revenue for the quarter ended June 30 should be $28.5 million, up 5% from $27.3 million a year ago.
The company said earnings will remain flat despite the revenue gain because of an increasing cost of sales, especially in overseas markets.
