Laser Endo Technic Signs Export Deal: Laser Endo Technic said Thursday that it has agreed to have a German importing group market its dental lasers in Germany. The Laser-35 was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for uses involving soft tissues in May, and Laser Endo Technic has applied for approval to market the device for use on teeth and bone, said Francois Levy, chief executive officer. In Germany, where the laser is already being used on both teeth and gums, the device will be imported by a group affiliated with the Laser Institute of Hamburg, Levy said. The stock of San Clemente-based Laser Endo Technic is traded over the counter.
