San Diego police homicide detectives are investigating the stabbing death of a man whose body was found in Balboa Park, officials said.
The unidentified man appeared to be in his 20s and was found at about 9 a.m. Friday at the west end of Golden Hill Drive, a spokesman for the medical examiner said.
No other details were available.
