What a coincidence. Newport Coast Drive opens (“Way to Go, Say Drivers Tired of Traffic Mess,” Nov. 12) and the county approves another 21,000 homes to be built. How much will that increase traffic?
The county supervisors and developers must use the same public relations firms. Same banks too?
