It’s Official: UCLA in Hancock

It’s official. UCLA will make its first postseason appearance in three years on New Year’s Eve when the Bruins face Illinois in the John Hancock Bowl at El Paso, Tex. UCLA (7-3), which became the first school to win bowl games in seven successive years when it beat Arkansas, 17-3, in the Cotton Bowl following the 1988 season, will meet Illinois (6-4).
