MUM POLITICS: Former Beirut hostage David Jacobsen of Huntington Beach repeats the same message he gave the media from the White House lawn five years ago: “Keep quiet!” . . . Jacobsen, who was on ABC’s “Nightline” this week, tied Terry Waite’s captivity to media speculation that Waite had CIA connections.
