TULSA, Okla. — T.J. Rubley threw for four touchdowns as No. 23 Tulsa, headed for the Freedom Bowl, coasted to a 45-13 victory over Ohio University on Saturday.
The Golden Hurricane (8-2) relied largely on its running game. Chris Hughley rushed for 166 yards and Ron Jackson had 112.
