The Raiders moved Nick Bell to the practice squad Wednesday, although a decision on whether the rookie will be activated for Sunday night’s game against the San Diego Chargers won’t be made until later in the week . . . Charger quarterback John Friesz did not practice Wednesday because of the ankle injury.
