* * “You Said,” Jermaine Jackson, LaFace/Arista. The one memorable song here is not Jackson’s ballyhooed dig at brother Michael--”Word to the Badd!!” just doesn’t hold up under repeated listenings, because of mediocre vocals and uninspired production. But the long dance remix of “You Said, You Said” is one of the year’s five best dance tunes. As for the rest, some first-rate songs and production by a team headed by L.A. Reid and Babyface are undermined by Jackson’s colorless vocals.
