BACK IN COURT: Just in time for Christmas, Elizabeth Taylor’s new husband, Larry Fortensky, formerly of Stanton, will finally go to trial in Riverside County on a 1987 misdemeanor drunk driving case. . . . Fortensky, 39, recently cleared up a similar Orange County case by agreeing to pay a fine and attend a diversion class. In the pending case, scheduled Dec. 13, he was stopped by the California Highway Patrol on Green River Road near the county border and failed a field sobriety test.
