There is a factual error in your review of Granita restaurant (“On the Beach,” Oct. 27). Our kitchen is run by a team of two chefs--Kevin Ripley and Joseph Manzare--who share equal billing, responsibility, creative input and hours at the stove. Since all of our menus bear their two names in the headline (we alternate which appears first), it was a confusing disappointment to see Mr. Ripley referred to as “sous chef” in your story.
