New on CBS: CBS will introduce two new series, “Hearts Are Wild” and “Tequila and Bonetti,” to its Friday lineup. “Hearts Are Wild,” an hourlong drama set at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, will premiere Jan. 10 at 10 p.m.; David Beecroft and Jon Polito head the cast. “Tequila & Bonetti” premieres Jan. 17 at 9 p.m. and stars Jack Scalia, Charles Rocket and Mariska Hargitay as a trio of crime fighters. They replace “The Carol Burnett Show” and “Palace Guard,” which fared poorly in the ratings.
