Give ‘Em a Hand: The box that was home to Thing on “The Addams Family” television show will be auctioned Dec. 16 at Christie’s in New York City. It’s expected to go for $3,000 to $5,000. Also on sale will be two bits of movie memorabilia: the witch’s hat from “The Wizard of Oz” and Orson Welles’ script from “Citizen Kane,” both valued between $15,000 and $20,000.
