Arthur B. Sims, formerly president of Quadratron Systems Inc., has been elected chairman and chief executive of 3D Systems, a Valencia-based subsidiary of 3-D Systems Inc., Vancouver.
He succeeds Robert B. Fletcher, who was serving in an interim capacity. Sims was also named chief executive of the holding company, while Fletcher remains chairman.
