Guy Forget of France advanced to the quarterfinals of the $6-million Grand Slam Cup at Munich, Germany, with a victory over Jaime Yzaga of Peru. Michael Stich of Germany defeated Goran Prpic, a Croatian-born Yugoslav, and will face Forget. David Wheaton will play Todd Woodbridge Friday.
