Judds’ Fan Unhappy: A disgruntled fan in Illinois has filed a class-action lawsuit against the Judds, saying he and others plunked down $25 for a three-hour pay-per-view telecast of their farewell concert, but when it aired on Dec. 4 it was only two hours long. The suit names Naomi and Wynonna Judd, the company that distributed the program, the program’s promoter and others. An attorney said he will seek reimbursement and may ask for punitive damages. A publicist for the Judds said she could not comment before seeing the suit.
