* William F.G. Carroll has been appointed regional vice president of the Metrobank Orange County office. He joined the bank in November after serving as senior vice president of California Federal Bank, where he was responsible for the commercial banking lending offices in California. Carroll was previously with Union and Crocker banks in Orange County.
