Loyola Women Lose to New Mexico

Amy Clark and Heidi Harris combined for 32 points and 25 rebounds as the New Mexico women’s basketball team defeated Loyola Marymount, 74-72, at Albuquerque, N.M. Saturday night.
Lisa Humphreys led the Lions (5-3) with 13 points. Loyola will play host to Weber State on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
Dominguez Hills 51, Master’s College 50--Freshman guard Chris Thompson made two free throws with nine seconds left to give the Toro men’s team (7-3) the victory.
The Master’s Jason Webster missed the front end of a one-and-one free-throw situation with two seconds remaining.
