What a dud this year’s Doo-Dah Parade (Dec. 1) turned out to be--due in large part to the lackluster performances of its TV hosts on KCOP.
Vicki Lawrence-Schultz looked like she was only there to pick up her paycheck and Jay Thomas, pretending to be above the Doo-Dah nonsense, could have had something amusing to say. At least Richard Simmons had a positive, good-natured attitude.
