Sacramento Kings Co-Owner Faces Foreclosure: Gregg Lukenbill, a Northern California developer and co-owner of the Sacramento Kings pro basketball team, faces foreclosure on 68 acres of industrial land that he owns in North Natomas near the Kings’ old arena. Western Federal Savings & Loan filed the notice of foreclosure at the Sacramento County Recorder’s Office last Monday, the same day Lukenbill and his partner, Joe Benvenuti, were notified that foreclosure proceedings had begun on their Sacramento Hyatt Regency hotel.
