Pacific Enterprises to Sell Unit: The company is expected to announce today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Pacific Enterprises Oil Co., will be purchased jointly by Oranje-Nassau Energie Participatie Maatschappij, Amsterdam, and Dyas, The Hague. The unit has oil and gas interests in the Dutch North Sea. The company said it will record a $21-million pretax profit on the deal.
