Quarterback Jeff Granger said he will return to the Texas A&M; football team because he couldn’t bear to watch the team play without being a part of it.
Granger quit the Aggie football team in January to concentrate on making the U.S. Olympic baseball team. The left-handed pitcher was cut from the team on July 10.
Granger, a sophomore, backed up Bucky Richardson last season.
