Holiday Closings

Monday is Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The following will be closed in observance of the holiday:
All county, state and federal offices. The following city offices will also be closed: Anaheim, Brea, Huntington Beach, Irvine, Lake Forest, Los Alamitos, Placentia, San Clemente, Santa Ana, Seal Beach. In Tustin, Monday night’s City Council meeting will be moved to Tuesday night.
County, state and federal courthouses.
City and county libraries, except the Newport Beach Library, which will be open.
Banks and savings and loans. Home Savings of America will also be closed today
Schools, including colleges and universities, except Chapman.
University, where classes will be held.
Mail: There will be no mail delivery Monday. Post offices will be closed, and mail deposited in mailboxes on that day will be picked up according to the posted holiday schedule.
Trash: Pickup by city or county refuse workers Monday will not be affected.
Buses: Orange County Transportation Authority buses will run on the regular schedule. All ridership services will be available.
Parks: All city- and county-run parks and recreation facilities will be open during regular
hours.
