SUN VALLEY : Man Held in Fatal Shooting at Bar

Police arrested a 38-year-old man in connection with a fatal shooting at a Sun Valley bar this week, Los Angeles police said.
Arnoldo Viscarra of Mexico was taken into custody on suspicion of killing Miguel Lino, 28, of El Salvador, Detective Oscar Carballo said. Officers found Lino dead inside the Las Playas bar at 8229 San Fernando Road about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday.
