West Los Angeles : Office Rents Ranked High

Renting an office in West Los Angeles costs almost twice as much as it does downtown, according to a real estate survey.
With property owners in the Central City offering generous concessions to would-be tenants, renting space there works out to $11.82 a square foot, the lowest in the nation, the study by the Julien J. Studley Co. reported.
By comparison, office space in West Los Angeles was going for $21.58 a square foot, according to the survey.
