Culkin’s New Deal: In his next role, Macaulay Culkin will play a bright youngster who coerces his ex-convict father into going straight. The superstar kid of “Home Alone” fame has signed with MGM for the lead in the upcoming comedy “Getting Even With Dad,” directed by Howard Deutch. According to Daily Variety, Culkin will get $8 million for the film.
