Insurance Auto Auctions to Buy Oregon-Based Firm

Insurance Auto Auctions Inc., a North Hollywood-based seller of auto salvage, said Monday that it agreed to buy West Coast Auto Auctions Inc., which offers similar services in the Pacific Northwest.
The price was not disclosed, although IAA said it would pay for privately held West Coast Auto Auctions with cash and stock.
West Coast Auto Auctions, based in Sherwood, Ore., provides service from Seattle to the California border. IAA serves California, Oregon, Hawaii and Arizona.
