STILL KICKING: Four months out of office, William E. Dannemeyer is still railing against his old colleagues in the Democrat-controlled Congress. Wednesday, he held a Santa Ana news conference to complain about recent hikes in federal salaries. . . . The Fullerton archconservative, who gave up his congressional seat for an unsuccessful Senate bid last year, says he’s organizing for a possible run against U.S. Sen. Dianne Feinstein. “I miss Washington in some ways,” he says. “I enjoyed the confrontation with the liberal left.”
