Agoura 14, Thousand Oaks 7--Troy Aguilera blocked a Thousand Oaks punt with 54 seconds left in the third quarter to set up the winning drive at Agoura. David Schaeffer’s 16-yard scoring run capped the 41-yard march and Raymond Howden hit Roger Liang for the two-point conversion.
The Chargers (4-2, 3-0) scored on their first possession when Howden hit Charlie Brown with a 20-yard pass. Greg Aguilar blocked the extra-point attempt.
Midway through the third quarter, Aguilar picked off a pass and returned it 30 yards for a touchdown. Aguilar also caught five passes for 71 yards for Thousand Oaks (0-5-1, 0-2-1).
