Reward Offered in Takahashi Killing

The city of Gardena is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the people who killed Tracy Takahashi.
Takahashi, 30, was murdered early Tuesday morning when he answered his doorbell in what police believe may have been a case of mistaken identity.
According to police, two gunmen shot Takahashi several times after he opened his door. Police believe the gunmen intended to kill gang rivals who lived at another house on the same block. Takahashi, a chemist, was not a gang member, police said.
Police have no suspects.
