Phil Bias has been named director of planning for Langdon Wilson Architecture Planning Interiors in Newport Beach. He has been with the company since 1983. In addition, Caren Williams has joined Langdon Wilson as marketing coordinator. She was previously marketing coordinator for Air & Water Technologies and director of engineering and planning for land development at Robert Bein, William Frost & Associates.
