Tokos Medical Corp.: The Santa Ana provider of maternal and newborn managed-care services has chosen Terry Bayer as its president. Bayer joined Tokos in March to establish the Matryx Health Partners division, which focuses on partnerships with managed-care organizations and other providers.
She has 19 years’ experience in the health-care industry, including executive positions with FHP International, Maxicare and Lincoln National.
