Satellite Technology Management Inc.: The firm said this week it has received a $1.6-million contract from National Radio & Electronics Co. Ltd. of Bombay, India, for a satellite communications network.
National Radio & Electronics is a unit of the Tata Group, India’s largest conglomerate with annual sales of about $6 billion.
Satellite Technology, a radio and satellite communications company based in Irvine, said the network will provide communications between various Tata business locations across India.
