SANTA PAULA : Man Arrested in Vehicle Break-In

Santa Paula police arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of burglary and possession of cocaine after officers saw him allegedly break a car window, authorities said Saturday.
Daniel Juarez of Santa Paula was behaving suspiciously as he rode a bicycle through the 100 block of North Mill Street, police said. After several minutes observing him, the two officers saw him break the car’s window and reach inside, police said.
They then arrested him.
Police also said they found a small amount of cocaine in Juarez’s possession. He was booked into Ventura County Jail.
