Trimedyne Inc.: The Irvine medical laser manufacturer said it lost $1.2 million, or 12 cents a share, for the second fiscal quarter, compared with a net loss of $352,000, or 4 cents a share, for the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 declined 14% to $3.2 million from $3.7 million. For the first half of the current fiscal year, the net loss totaled $2 million, or 22 cents a share, compared to a loss of $897,000, or 10 cents a share, for the first six months of the prior year. Revenue dropped 9% to $6.3 million from $6.9 million.
