HUNTINGTON BEACH : College Plans Weekly Family Film Festival

Golden West College is offering a weekly Outdoor Family Film Festival at the community college’s amphitheater near Gothard and Center streets.
The movies start at dusk each Friday through Aug. 18. The cost of admission is $2 a person, or $8 a family to a maximum of six family members.
Families can picnic at the amphitheater from 7 p.m. to dusk, said Lori Thomas, a spokeswoman for the college. The series this year will feature animated, action, comedy and fantasy films.
