Touchstone Software Corp.: The Huntington Beach company’s stock continued to surge Thursday, rising about 33% for the third day in a row. The stock rose $3.50 to close at $13.625 on volume of 840,700 in Nasdaq trading. On Monday, the stock had closed at $5.75 per share. The company’s Wall Street boom started after the company introduced a program to help personal computer users prepare their machines to run a new operating system from Microsoft Corp., Windows 95, which is scheduled to be released Aug. 24.
