A Los Angeles real estate investor has purchased a Camarillo factory building occupied by Spintex, a manufacturer of towels for industrial use.
The investor, Ron Fein, paid an undisclosed price for the 45,000-square-foot structure at 1011 Avenida Acaso. The seller was General Signal Corp., based in Stamford, Conn.
Fein also owns other commercial property in Ventura County, according to CB Commercial Real Estate Group in Ventura, which represented both the buyer and seller.
