Walt Disney Co. completed its $19-billion purchase of Capital Cities/ABC Inc., creating the world’s biggest media and entertainment conglomerate, with movie and TV production prowess and the broadcast and cable networks. . . . President Clinton is close to making a decision to renominate Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan Greenspan, administration officials said. . . . The board of directors of Industry-based California Hardward Co. approved changing the company’s name to CHC Services Inc.
