The answer to unemployment, welfare and advancing technology is simple: a reduced workweek of 24 hours with the pay scale of 40 hours per week and guaranteed employment. Otherwise, what is the point of advanced technology?
One may suggest this is a form of income redistribution. In reality a 24-hour workweek is a redistribution of time, the ultimate asset. Ask any multimillionaire over the age of 50.
