Tortilla Maker Buys Site for Distribution Center

A leading manufacturer of flour and corn tortillas has acquired a 3,311-square-foot industrial site in Camarillo for its first Ventura County distribution center.
Principals of Guerrero Tortillas purchased the property at 568 Constitution Ave. for $225,000. Daum Commercial Real Estate Services represented both the buyers, Ramon and Janet Herta, and sellers, Myers/Christianson.
In business for 17 years, Guerrero Tortillas has headquarters in a 150,000-square-foot facility in East Los Angeles, where its manufacturing activities also are conducted.
