Police Use Tear Gas on Reporters

ATLANTA — Atlanta police officers used tear gas to drive journalists away from the Olympics press center following the explosion at Centennial Olympic Park early today, witnesses said. Reporters said the police fired the gas when a group of reporters, camera operators and photographers tried to enter the press center, which had been sealed off after the explosion nearby.
