IRVINE — MAI Systems Corp. said it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Hotel Information Systems Inc., a Concord, Calif., provider of casino-gaming products and information systems, for stock.
MAI Systems installs data systems primarily for the hospitality, gaming and manufacturing industries.
