We loved your Mendocino County article (“Cabin Fever,” June 30) and were intrigued by Sheep Dung Estates. We’ve just returned from four days there and give it our highest accolade: We’ll be back!
Along with Sheep Dung, we discovered the Anderson Valley, a very scenic pastoral wine country two hours north of San Francisco off Highway 128. By the way, Sedrick, our golden retriever, loved his first vacation at Sheep Dung.
